  • added new vocabulary to the class glossary in Moodle

Activities

Tuesday

1. You will be creating a podcast for your audio-commercial. Follow the steps suggested in the Newsletter below, so you´lll have a well written and recorded text

2. Watch this video-recording, to see how you can use SitePal to listen to the pronunication of texts you´ll use in your ad. You can also read the instructions in the image below

3. Once you have followed all the steps explained above, you are ready to create your own podcast at Podomatic :-)

These are the instructions:

  • Go to our Podomatic Blog
  • Click on Record a comment (below Contact Info in the navigation bar on the right)
  • You will get to a page like this:

  • In the subject line, write the title for your recording. You can use the name of your commercial.
  • You can choose to add music at the beginning and at the end ;-) Try out the mix-o-matic.
  • When you are ready, start recording by clicking on the Record button
  • Remember to write a text message in the white box (maybe why you selected the product for your commercial).
  • When you finish, click on the send button, and the message will arrive to our podomatic blog, and I will publish it!

NOTE: I hope that we can complete this process before next class!

4. Add new vocabulary to our glossary in Moodle

Have a nice Columbus Day!!!
